The Norwegian 2008 City of Culture, Stavanger invites authors and film-makers exiled from their countries of origin to come and speak at the Sølvberget Cultural Centre for a project entitled The Arts of Hospitality - Authors in Exile.

Speakers include Algerian Berber author Salem Zenia, currently living in exile in Barcelona, and Georgian author Irakli Kakabadze, who lives in New York. Please visit the City Of Culture website www.stavanger2008.com for full details of the programme.
