In the 'Submit Story' mode, underneath the grey boxed area called body' is a menu bar. Locate the image with a camera near the right. Click on that and a popup window appears divided into two window panes.
At the top click the link that says 'upload'. Fill in a title that you want to give the image, you may also select the category if needed, then browse for your image. Then scroll right down to the bottom, and click submit. You should see the list of images appear. Click on the image you just uploaded to select it, where you will see a preview. Now just click on insert.

When you submit an image and/or video, you do so in accordance with The-Latest Terms and Conditions. We will need your telephone numbers (including mobile), first and last name and address and all relevant news information about the image and/or video to help us publish the material. The image and/or video must be yours and not belong to someone else.
If your image and/or video is sold by The-Latest, we will get the best possible commercial deal for you on the industry standard 50/50 share of income between us. In contributing to The-Latest you agree to grant us a royalty-free, exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide. This may include the transmission of the material by our overseas partners; these are all reputable foreign news media who are prohibited from altering the material in any way or making it available to other UK broadcasters or to the print media.
If your image and/or video is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name alongside it on our website. Please note that for technical reasons this accreditation will probably not be possible with video. The-Latest cannot guarantee that all pictures and/or video will be used and we reserve the right to edit your comments, for instance captions.
At no time should you endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or infringe any laws.
