IT'S been common in the past that people call the emergency services with issues that could be easily, or assumed to be easily resolved through dispute resolution. However, some customers feel the need to call 911 to resolve these disputes, even when no criminal offence been committed. And what is more, while these people are dialling 911, someone genuine could be holding on the other end of the line. Apparently, a woman called 911, and was furious when they would not resolve her issue about management at a popular fast food chain giving her the right hamburger she ordered. And according to reports, a woman dialled 911 at a US McDonald's restaurant claiming that they would not refund her order of Chicken McNuggets, because they had none - even though they told her to order something else off the menu. Now that really is a finger lickin problem... Podcast is of a woman dialling 911 with her hamburger problem.
