Hurricane George sweeps through 50 US states

George W. Bush has launched an emergency tour of America to survey damage caused by his disastrous presidency. He is seeking to comfort victims of his two terms in office since 2001 as they try to make sense of the destruction he has caused.

The intro to this piece made me chuckle but when I clicked on the link nothing is coming up.

Is that the point of the story. The Texan is full of hot air?
