Livingstone sticks his oar in

Former London Mayor Ken Livingstone stuck his oar in claiming that Blair's decision to leave was a political one forced by the new Tory Mayor - and that is what the main news briefings have been claiming.
Livingstone insisted on the news that it was important to establish a working relationship with the commissioner - even if you didn't agree.
Other Labour critics have claimed the Tories are making this a political issue because Blair was really a Tony Crony.
But Jonhson said on the news rounds that Blair's resignation was a time for change.
He had become chair of the Police authority and Blair's and Johnson's relationship had allegedly became frosty when he became Mayor in July.
Labour Home secretary Jacqui Smith accepted Blair's decision to quit but regretted it.
But the resignation is good for Blair... a healthy pension pay out....?
I am looking forward to Question Time tonight....
