FRAIL but outspoken NELSON MANDELA will be jigging with the stars tonight in London's Hyde Park for his 90th Birthday bash.
The former jailed anti-apartheid campaigner, will be swooned by a feast of stars including troubled pop singer Amy Winehouse, X-Factor winner Leona Lewis and Simple Minds frontman Jim Kerr.
Thousands of fans will descend on the park to take part in wishing the 90-year-old atleast another ten years above ground.
Film stars, footballers, and politicians have all been wishing the outspoken politico a Happy Birthday throughout the day.
Talking on BBC NEWS at 6, UK football icon, now playing in the US, David Beckham, said: "You're an amazing man."
He added: "You have done so much for a lot of people throughout your career, your life."
And film actor Morgan Freeman, star of Shawshank Redemption, also paid Mandela a tribute from the US.
Mandela earlier on in the week had met The Queen, and had also spoken out over the travesty going on in Zimbabwe, which, looks set to be a Robert Mugabe win.
Kerr performed his song Mandela Day 20 years ago at Wembley Stadium, when Mandela turned 70 and was still being held in jail in South Africa.
He told the BBC: "We wrote a song for that occasion called Mandela Day, and within the song is the lyric 'Mandela's free'. People were saying, 'doesn't Jim know that Mandela's not free?'.
"But I guess what we were saying, at the time, was that we felt the momentum was coming and we did feel there would be an end to apartheid and that Mandela would be freed."
