Adrian SudburyAdrian SudburyADRIAN SUDBURY'S blogs from his award winning Baldy's blog will be turned into a book, it has been revealed.

Forewarded by British prime minister Gordon Brown, the heart rendering blog accounts of the 26-year-old's devastating rare form of the deadly cancer leukaemia will be aptly titled Baldy's Book: The Complete Blogs of Adrian Sudbury.

The front cover will feature Sudbury's trademark smile, (pictured) which he was known for when he was alive.

The Huddersfield Daily Examiner reporter tragically died this week - and a statement from his friends and family regarding his death had been issued appropriately on Baldy's Blog.

'Sudders,' as he was nicknamed by friends and followers, had campaigned till the bitter end for 16 - 18-year-olds to have compulsory bone marrow donation education in sixth form.

The editor of the Huddersfield Examiner, Roy Wright, paid tribute to the deceased journo-blogger this week, and said on the regional press site Holdthefrontpage: "He was professional to the very end, spending his final months successfully campaigning for better bone marrow education to sixth formers.

It was a campaign that ultimately will save lives – and there can be no greater legacy than that."

He added: "Sudders is a tragic loss to his family, his many friends, and to journalism."

The book is priced £7.00 plus £1.50 postage and all profits will go to the Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Trust for leukaemia.

Visit www.merseyshop.com [1] or call 0845 143 0001 for details of how to get the book.
