Sound familiar?

I picked up on a quote US senator John McCain used to describe Barack Obama's Foreign policy experience in PART TWO of their presidential debate in Nashville.

McCain said to Obama: "We don't have time for on the job training my friend.."

This quote came as under two weeks ago, the Labour Party's leader, and our struggling Prime minister Gordon Brown said of David Cameron (and Foreign secretary David Miliband): "This is no time for a novice."

Familiar theme isn't it?
