Summer is on its way and we know this because flowers are blossoming, birds are chirping and those cretins who live like vampires have started to inflict their own brand of club land from their tiny living rooms and onto unsuspecting, bewildered neighbours. Why oh why do longer, warmer days and brighter evenings immediately invoke in some people the need to play music, usually of extremely poor taste, at the highest possible volume from night time until early morning? A quick look at the bumph shoved through letter boxes before the recent local council elections and we should all be sleeping a lot better convinced  that the main political parties have a zero tolerance approach to anti-social behaviour which includes nuisance noise. Has anyone ever tried to contact the dozy, sleepy heads of the Noise Team at their local council?
